  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow PebbleTec’s commercial presence in assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial project opportunities, including hotels, resorts, apartment complexes, health clubs, waterparks, and other commercial facilities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial leads, converting opportunities into sales by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets within defined market segments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pool builders, general contractors, architects, developers, and property managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, offering technical expertise and guidance on PebbleTec’s product offerings and solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, showcasing the benefits and unique features of PebbleTec finishes, Fire & Water features, and Glass Tile lines.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, offering design recommendations and technical advice tailored to their specific commercial pool projects.
  • Work closely with PebbleTec’s marketing, product management, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Partner with regional sales managers and their sales representatives to share leads, strategies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the Regional Sales Manager, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze commercial pool market data to identify areas for growth and development within assigned territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or pool industry.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial swimming pool market and experience working with builders, contractors, and developers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex product information to a wide range of audiences.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Up to 50% travel throughout the U.S.
