- Listen and follow the direction of the plant supervisors
- Notify maintenance of any worn or broken equipment
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all resins, dyes and additives whether just received in-house or drained from a hopper
- Follow work order instructions carefully as to proper part numbers, quantities and percentages required in bill of materials for each job
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of data on all material sheets and promptly forward on
- Ensure materials are available and ready in order to reduce start up time
- Frequently do grinder checks to ensure proper granulating function and empty when needed
- Frequently do hopper checks to ensure machines do not run out of resin prior to job finishing

- Good reading and writing skills essential
- Good communication skills essential
- Good mathematical skills essential
- Previous forklift experience desirable
- Lifting materials (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the day
