  • Operate basic computer functions, such as production reports and time entry. 
  • Ability to travel and work with a team.solo.
  • Inspect equipment prior to operation for any safety or maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the crusher and converyers.
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment and lead a team. 
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Six months to one year of experience as a crusher operator or similar role.  
  • Must be 18 years in age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Report to work dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
  • Knowledge of the production and aggregate needs.  
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with others. 
  • Demonstrate comfort in communicating with others to complete tasks.
  • Ability to observe safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and perform tasks and duties without immediate supervision.
  • Demonstrate ability to wear and use proper PPE at all times.

  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching and climbing
  • Frequent sitting and operating computers and heavy equipment/loader.
  • Position will occasionally require climbing of ladders and steps. 
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
