  • Orders raw materials for production
  • Leads in and maintains all safety and plant policies

  • Maintains required production reports
  • Coordinates with office on current and future order requirements
  • Maintains the min/max quantities required for standard products
  • Coordinates with maintenance to assure efficient running systems
  • Oversees drying operation and raw material requirements
  • Provides process training for production personnel on operating systems
  • Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Ability to read and understand warning labels, instructions, signs and similar information
  • Ability to effectively compile results from the sieve machine
  • Ability to effectively work in a relatively independent manner
  • Ability to motivate and organize labor with an awareness of safety considerations
  • Ability to supervise multiple tasks concurrently
  • Must be Forklift certified
  • Work requires bending to check and adjust machinery as necessary; ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 4 years' experience in a related manufacturing organization preferred
  • Frequent exposure to dust, sand, gravel, loud noise, extreme heat, and all-weather conditions. Normal operation of mobile equipment may result in recurring jarring and vibratory exposure
