  • Respond to all types of requests in a timely manner. Diagnose or troubleshoot problems for quick resolution
  • Generate and customize detailed Program reports for commercial sales teams, as required
  • Recommend feasible strategies and tactics to significantly improve business performance
  • Work with sales team to identify market needs and opportunities
  • Deliver training on sales best practices to large and small audiences
  • Coordinates with central sales operation on the design and rollout of Business Intelligent tools, Customer Relationship Management reporting and tracking, and campaign analytics
  • Lead sustainability efforts for sales methodology, processes, and tools that support the selling process and improvement of Customer Experience
  • Support national and regional strategic initiatives by developing and executing actionable plans through training and business analytics
  • Support the development and delivery of key performance metrics to leadership
  • Analyzing geographic sales territories and identifying revenue growth potential
  • Utilizing and implementing comprehensive pipeline reports to track opportunities
  • Administering, managing, analyzing, and reporting sales forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Analyst or in a Sales Development role or similar
  • Strong familiarity with commercial sale structure in the building materials industry
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to proficiently analyze complex data resulting in actionable deliverables
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Effective presentation skills. Clearly communicates; written and verbal. Ability to adapt message to fit the audience
  • Building and maintaining customer (internal & external) relationships
  • 50% travel nationally
