  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field; and 3+ years' experience in professional accounting and administrative duties.         
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written) and presentation skills.
  • High standard of ethics, integrity, and trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and facilitate change.
  • Must pass pre-employment controlled-substance testing.
  • Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.  
  • CPA, CFE, or CMA preferred
  • SQL Query Experience preferred                      
  • Annual Base Salary up to $95k -$105k

  • Responsible for assigned month end journal entries, monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
  • Assume responsibility for accounting for the day-to-day operations including weekly production entries, coding monthly AP Bills, job cost research
  • Exposure to monthly and annual variance analysis of operational statistics/volumes, as well as cash flow, DSO, DPO, and other items as assigned.
  • Maintain strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets and employees, ensuring compliance with SOX and other control processes and appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with CRH Americas Materials and Northwest Region accounting policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ad hoc reporting and projects as needed to support other accounting functions/departments.
  • Provide support to transactional accounting teams as needed which may include account reconciliation, performance analysis, participation in process improvement teams, and developing relationships with the team members.
