- Schedule and coordinate winter maintenance of equipment.
- Preorders of parts, work orders, and schedule for mechanics.

- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous experience within the construction industry is preferred.
- Class A CDL preferred not required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to write, read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small groups situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, written, or oral instructions.
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have a strong working knowledge of database software.
