The Training Coordinator develops the curriculum for craft and technical courses with input from other resources to provide employees with the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely, effectively and efficiently. This position collaborated with other personnel to develop and implement personal training plans and schedules to train employees in the various tasks they are expected to perform in their roles. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining training records for employees. The position will also help coordinate the requisite HR and Leadership training for employees. The Training Coordinator measures the results of critical training programs and adjusts them to significantly enhance the skill and effectiveness of our employees in meeting our customers' needs. All employees at the Leamington plant are responsible for working safely. Employees are fully expected to engage in our See Stop Do culture following all safety procedures and proactively stopping the job and reporting unsafe conditions, hazards or concerns. The Training Coordinator is expected to promote this culture promoting safe production for all employees at the Leamington plant.
